2010 Route 66 CPA Run
It’s about time for the annual celebration of food, fitness, music, and lots of prizes known as the Route 66 CPA Run. We want to thank past sponsors for your support, rain or shine, in making this event one of the most enjoyable races in Tulsa. We certainly couldn’t do it without your generosity as well as our fantastic group of volunteers.
The 2010 Run is scheduled for Saturday, September 11th at 8:00 AM on Route 66, at the newly refurbished HA Chapman (Skelly) Stadium. The Reynolds Center parking lot will be available for use by race participants. The race will follow the traditional course through the Tulsa University campus, with the turnaround at Will Rogers High School and finishing inside the Stadium on the 50 yard line. Participants will be able to run or walk the 5K, or participate in the Fun Run. Dogs on leashes as well as strollers are welcome in the Fun Run. Finish line festivities will again feature sausage biscuits, awards, and great prizes including QuikTrip gas coupons and two airline tickets. We certainly enjoy the participation and enthusiasm of all the youth (under 18 years of age) who run for free.
The sponsorship form lists various sponsorship levels from which you can choose. Please indicate your desired level of support and return this form to the address provided (email or regular mail), by June 30th. Your generous contributions will go to support the Crime Commission, which is creating exciting new programs to reduce the crime in our communities. Registration forms for participating in the run can be picked up at area QuikTrip locations and at Runner's World beginning in August. Pre-registration and packet pickup will start on September 6th at Runner's World at 4329 S. Peoria. Race day registration begins at 7am in the southwest corner of H.A. Chapman Stadium on 11th Street.
